peaceful retreat in the heart of it all

roman charm modern comfort smooth communication

the hotel is beautifully restored. it mixes classic roman charm and modern comfort. i found it a peaceful retreat after long days exploring the city. the attention to detail struck me, from the comfortable bed to the generous amenities. the staff were professional and communication was smooth. the experience felt intimate and thoughtfully designed.

i found the room service menu sticky upon arrival. the breakfast buffet was disappointing. i saw industrial cooked ham instead of proper cured ham. the pains aux chocolat were reheated, suggesting they weren't fresh.

a dreamy stay

historical place michelin cocktails quality dishes home away

daniele and his colleagues at reception worked hard to cater to requests. michaele and his colleagues at the bar mixed michelin-level cocktails. chef marco coppola provided quality dishes, i also recommend the tour of the hotel with miss angelica.

the bedroom walls felt empty, they only had two pictures. the light system proved a real nightmare to use. housekeeping wasnt perfect upon checking in because the room service menu felt sticky.
